01Why it matters

Why is TISAX becoming important?

Vehicle manufacturers and higher-tier suppliers increasingly expect businesses to meet TISAX requirements. For many companies, the real challenge is putting those requirements into day-to-day practice.

  • Better control over access to information
  • Clear traceability and responsibilities
  • Documented processes
  • Predictable IT systems management
  • Effective use of ERP and business applications
02About TISAX

What is TISAX?

TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security assessment and exchange mechanism widely used in the automotive industry.

It is based on requirements defined by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), helping manufacturers and suppliers assess and demonstrate the maturity of their information security controls.

For many Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, participation in TISAX is a contractual requirement or a condition for access to specific projects.

What does it involve in practice?

Beyond policies and documentation, the assessment considers how an organisation manages its information, systems and operational processes.

  • Managing access to information and IT systems
  • Managing users and access rights
  • Maintaining inventories of equipment and applications
  • Backup and recovery policies
  • Traceability of activities
  • Documenting processes and responsibilities

04How we work

From your current situation to practical action

  1. Understand the starting point

We review how your processes, ERP and IT infrastructure support the business.

  2. Identify areas of risk

We identify gaps between requirements and current working practices.

  3. Set priorities

Not every action has the same importance. We focus on what will have the greatest impact.

  4. Support implementation

We stay involved in implementing the agreed measures and preparing the necessary documentation.

05Our role

Preparation and implementation.

We help your organisation prepare its processes, systems and documentation so that the assessment can proceed in a predictable, controlled way.

  • We do not conduct TISAX assessments
  • We do not issue certifications
  • We do not replace audit bodies or specialist assessment providers
